Suitable for newborn babies up to 3 and 4 months. Perfect for parents who wish to understand what is normal and confident knowing you have the right advice to follow.

Included:

  • Up to 60 minutes consultation.

  • Personal sleep summary email, including guidance on sleep, and feeding foundations.

  • Home support is available, please enquire if you feel you would like more support.

Sleep Confidence

A more comprehensive plan with 3 weeks worth of support to help you better your child’s sleep.

This support is perfect for 1:1 dedicated support.

If you’re experiencing or seeking to make significant changes, (like moving away from co-sleeping, investigating and reducing frequent night waking, or introducing new caregivers/parents to bedtime and overnight settling), here to hold your hand through the process and provide an informed, expert support.

Included:

  • A comprehensive email summary and sleep plan.

  • 3 x 30 minute calls (1 to start and then 2 to check progress and catch up!).

  • A written plan following each call for the week ahead.

  • WhatsApp or Email support Monday to Friday 10 .00 am - 5.00 pm for 3 weeks.

for Sensitive Sleepers

Our most comprehensive package for ultimate support to help you better your child’s sleep and reach your sleep goals.

We’ll take a deep dive to uncover and solve the root cause of your child’s sleep challenges. Especially for parents of children who are very unsettled or who may be highly sensitive, restlessness, suffer from night terrors or separation fears.

This supportive package gives us time and space to take your time with changes or to explore the possible causes of your little one’s sleep struggles.

Included:

  • 5x 30 minute calls (1 to start with and then 4 more as we progress through support).

  • A written action plan that can be tweaked as your child’s sleep progresses.

  • Unlimited WhatsApp support for 5 weeks, Monday to Friday 10.am - 5 pm.

  • A final wrap - up call to make sure you are happy and to discuss the follow on next steps.

  • Google sheet to log sleep and feeding for the duration of support.

Are you struggling in one or two areas when it comes to your little one’s sleep? Maybe you had a great sleep routine and suddenly things have changed. or maybe you just need help with one small thing like early rising, bedtime battles or night weaning.

If you don’t need a full package and you’d prefer to talk through your sleep problems to get a simple plan to get you back on track, then this troubleshooting call might be just the thing you need.

Included:

  • A 60 minute online face to face consult where we can talk through your next steps and answer any of your questions.

  • You will also receive a comprehensive email summary outlining my step-by-step recommendations, along with a follow-up email to answer any questions you may have.

Perfect if:

  • You want to understand why your child is waking frequently, fighting bedtimes and would like a plan of action to address it

  • You have one or two sleep goals such as early rising or night weaning and feel confident implementing any recommendations on your own

How it Works

Initial Discovery Call

This is our first chat where we discuss your child’s sleep situation.

I’ll explain how I can support you, and you can decide if I’m the right fit for your family.

After the call, I follow up with a summary email with package details.

Confirmation and Sleep Questionnaire

Once you confirm you'd like to proceed, I send over a sleep questionnaire along with details to book our next Zoom call.

This second call is usually scheduled at least 48 hours after I receive your completed form, so I have time to carefully review your responses and create a personalised sleep plan.

Sleep Plan and
Follow-Up

During our second call, I walk you through the plan, share my recommendations, and answer any questions.

After the call, I send a follow-up email summarising our discussion and confirming the first steps, including any adjustments we made.

Troubleshooting Call

If you choose a one-off troubleshooting call, I’ll follow up with a clear and concise email outlining my recommendations and next steps.

One to one support packages

With Sleep Confidence and Sleep Confidence Plus packages, I provide continued weekly face to face calls followed with next steps.

You’ll also have daily WhatsApp support when needed to ensure you feel confident and supported during the process.
