Potty Training Support

"I didn’t think potty training would be this hard".

(And now every trip to the loo feels like a negotiation...)

You’re not alone, and you haven’t missed a secret step. Our potty training support is designed for parents of strong-willed toddlers who’ve hit a wall. Together, we’ll ditch the stress, decode your child’s behaviour, and get things moving (in more ways than one).

Why is my child fine one day… then peeing on the floor the next?

You thought you’d cracked it.

The sticker chart worked, your toddler was dry for days, maybe even weeks.

Then boom! Accidents. Resistance. Full-on refusal to sit on the potty.

And you’re left wondering if you imagined all that progress.

You’re not failing. And your child isn’t “being difficult.” Potty training is not always a straight line, especially with toddlers who like to do things their way (and on their own schedule).

This wobble? Totally normal. And totally fixable.

With the right support, you can get potty training back on track, without the power struggles, sticker-chart bribes, or turning your bathroom into a battleground.

Struggling with constant accidents, potty refusal, or a toddler who just won’t sit still?

  • Your toddler flat-out refuses to sit on the potty
You’re not sure if it’s fear, defiance, or just mood swings, but either way, it’s wearing you down.

  • They know when they need to go… but still won’t use the potty
It’s like they’re holding out on purpose and you’re left second-guessing everything.

  • You feel like you’ve tried everything: naked days, rewards, praise, but nothing sticks
You’re all out of tricks, and the Google rabbit holes aren’t helping anymore.

  • One minute they’re doing great, the next it’s accidents all day long
You’re stuck in a loop of progress and setbacks, and it’s messing with your confidence.

  • You’re not sure if you started too early... or waited too long
The mixed advice from books, blogs, and well-meaning friends? Just makes it more confusing.

  • Toilet training is turning into a power struggle, and it’s exhausting for everyone
Every bathroom visit feels like a battle, and you miss just enjoying your kid.

  • You just want someone to tell you what to do, and what’s actually normal
You’re not asking for perfection. You just want reassurance, clarity, and a plan that works.

If any of that sounds familiar… you’re in the right place

Because potty training doesn’t have to feel like guesswork, chaos, or constant clean-ups. With the right support, you can make real progress—without battles, bribes, or burning out.

What my Clients Say

“I never felt alone”

“Joanne made me realise I wasn’t doing anything wrong. She offered continual support. I never felt alone or as though anything was too much.”

— Corrine

“…there to celebrate…and to troubleshoot”

“She would always consider our experiences, thoughts and values before making any recommendations. She was there to celebrate with us, and there to troubleshoot if things seemed to be off track.”

— Hannah and Jon

What you need isn’t another reward chart. You need a plan that actually works for you and your child.

Because this isn’t about “training” your toddler like a puppy. It’s about understanding why they’re resisting, knowing what to do when things go sideways, and having a clear, consistent approach you actually feel good about.

No more second-guessing. No more power struggles. Just practical, gentle strategies that fit your child’s personality and your real life.

The result? Fewer accidents. Less stress. And way more confidence (for both of you)

Your Potty Training Support Experience

How it Works

Initial Discovery Call

This is our first chat where we discuss your child’s sleep situation.

I’ll explain how I can support you, and you can decide if I’m the right fit for your family.

After the call, I follow up with a summary email with package details.

Confirmation and Sleep Questionnaire

Once you confirm you'd like to proceed, I send over a sleep questionnaire along with details to book our next Zoom call.

This second call is usually scheduled at least 48 hours after I receive your completed form, so I have time to carefully review your responses and create a personalised sleep plan.

Sleep Plan and
Follow-Up

During our second call, I walk you through the plan, share my recommendations, and answer any questions.

After the call, I send a follow-up email summarising our discussion and confirming the first steps, including any adjustments we made.

Let’s turn “potty training panic” into calm, confident progress.

Because when you’ve got the right support, your toddler can ditch the nappies, without the drama.
